Proctorship Overview
The UOBC Proctorship is an immersive clinical observership designed for breast surgeons seeking to experience advanced oncoplastic breast surgery in daily practice.
Participants observe patient consultations, multidisciplinary discussions, surgical planning, and live operative cases while interacting directly with the faculty.
The program provides a unique opportunity to understand how complex clinical decisions translate into safe, efficient, and patient-centered surgical care.
Led by Gustavo Zucca, MD, PhD, and Jean-Claude Schwartz, MD, PhD, the program offers an immersive clinical experience through live surgical observation, multidisciplinary discussions, and direct faculty interaction.
