By registering for the Ultimate Oncoplastic Breast Course (UOBC), participants agree to the following cancellation, refund, and transfer terms.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 40 days before the scheduled course start date to receive a full refund of the registration fee.
Cancellations submitted less than 40 days before the course start date are not eligible for a refund.
Participants who are unable to attend their selected course date may request a one-time transfer to a future course date.
Transfers are subject to availability and written approval by the course organizers.
If the registration fee for the new course date differs from the amount originally paid, the participant is responsible for paying any applicable difference before the transfer is confirmed.
UOBC courses require significant advance planning, including limited seat allocation, faculty scheduling, venue arrangements, and specialized simulation equipment.
These policies help us maintain the quality of the educational experience and ensure appropriate planning for each course.
Completion of registration and payment confirms the participant’s acceptance of this Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy.
