Cancellation, Refund, and Transfer Policy

By registering for the Ultimate Oncoplastic Breast Course, the participant expressly acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Cancellation and Refund
Participants may request cancellation of their registration by providing written notice to the course organizers no later than forty (40) days prior to the scheduled course start date. In such cases, participants shall be entitled to a full refund of the registration fee (USD 3,300).

Cancellation requests received less than forty (40) days prior to the course start date shall not be eligible for any refund, under any circumstances.

2. Transfer of Registration
In lieu of cancellation, participants who are no longer able to attend the selected course date may request a one-time transfer of their registration to a future course date. All transfer requests are subject to availability, written approval, and discretion of the course organizers.

3. Price Adjustment Clause
In the event of a transfer, should there be any increase or adjustment in the course registration fee for the newly selected date, the participant shall be solely responsible for payment of the full difference between the original fee paid and the updated course fee in effect at the time of transfer. Failure to remit such difference may result in forfeiture of the transferred registration.

4. Operational Justification
Participants acknowledge that the course requires significant advance planning, including but not limited to limited seat allocation, faculty scheduling, venue arrangements, and procurement of specialized simulation equipment (including Mastotrainer systems). As such, the above policies are necessary and reasonable to ensure the quality and viability of the course.

5. Acceptance of Terms
Completion of registration and payment constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
