By registering for the Ultimate Oncoplastic Breast Course, participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Participants may cancel their registration by submitting written notice to the course organizers no later than forty (40) days prior to the course start date.

Cancellations received at least forty (40) days before the course start date will be eligible for a full refund of the registration fee (USD $3,300).

Cancellations received fewer than forty (40) days prior to the course start date are not eligible for a refund.

2. Registration Transfer Policy

Participants who are unable to attend the registered course date may request a one-time transfer to a future course offering.

All transfer requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability and approval by the course organizers.

Approval of transfer requests is granted at the sole discretion of the course organizers.

3. Tuition Adjustment for Transferred Registrations

If the registration fee for the future course offering exceeds the amount originally paid, the participant will be responsible for paying the difference between the original registration fee and the current course fee.

Failure to remit any applicable balance prior to the transferred course date may result in cancellation of the transferred registration.

4. Course Planning and Operational Requirements

Participants acknowledge that the Ultimate Oncoplastic Breast Course requires substantial advance planning, including limited enrollment, faculty scheduling, venue commitments, educational materials, and specialized simulation equipment, including Mastotrainer™ systems.

Accordingly, the cancellation, refund, and transfer policies outlined herein are necessary to preserve the quality, integrity, and operational viability of the educational program.

5. Acceptance of Terms

Submission of registration and payment of course fees constitute full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The course organizers reserve the right to modify course schedules, faculty assignments, or educational content when necessary, while maintaining the overall educational objectives of the program.
